How we get the wine, the holders, and everything else to your door, and where the law makes us draw a line.
Olivier Vino, LLC sells and ships every bottle through their licensed store. BamVino is the brand, not the retailer of record.
Handled at checkout. Some states ban direct-to-consumer wine entirely, and others restrict it. If yours isn't on the list, checkout will let you know before you pay.
You must be 21 or older to order. An adult 21+ has to sign for delivery, with ID at the door. No exceptions, no workarounds.
Orders ship from the winery partner. Plan on a 1 to 2 week window for processing plus transit. Tracking goes out by email when the box leaves.
In extreme heat or cold, the winery partner may hold a shipment to protect the wine. That isn't a delay we control, and we'd rather your bottle arrive in good shape than on time.
Carriers won't deliver wine to PO boxes or military APO / FPO addresses. We need a physical street address where an adult can sign.
Claims are handled by the winery partner. Email us and we'll route it. A photo of the damage helps move things faster.
After three failed delivery attempts, the carrier returns the order. Refused shipments are typically non-refundable under state DTC rules. If something's off, get in touch before the third attempt.
Calculated at checkout, per destination state.
By state law, wine is non-returnable except for confirmed damage or a flaw at delivery. If a bottle shows up wrong, email us.
