What we collect when you sign up, who handles it, and what we don't do with it. Same plain English as the shipping page.
When you sign up on the homepage or The Show page, we save your email address so we can send you the newsletter and updates about the podcast. We don't ask for your name, phone number, or anything else at signup.
Like every site on the internet, our hosting provider records basic technical details when your browser loads a page (IP address, browser type, the page you visited, timestamp). We don't use these for marketing. They exist so we can keep the site running and fix things when they break.
If you submit the newsletter form, MailerLite may set a cookie on your browser so it can recognize you as a subscriber if you come back. We don't run third-party advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or session recordings.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site gets used: page counts, traffic sources, and which links get clicked. It's aggregate and anonymized. We don't use it to identify you personally, and we don't run advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or session recordings.
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link in the footer. One click, you're out. No survey, no "are you sure," no win-back sequence.
Email us and ask. We'll remove your address from MailerLite and confirm when it's done. Usually within a few business days.
Same way: email us. We can confirm whether you're on our list, when you signed up, and what we've sent you. There isn't much else to share, since email is the only thing we collect.
Order data (name, shipping address, billing details) lives with Olivier Vino, LLC, who handle the actual sale. To access or delete that, email us and we'll get you to the right person. We don't see your payment information at any point.
Email us for anything in this document. If this page changes in any meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top and note what changed.
